The menu travels from Barcelona to Beirut and stops at every interesting kitchen along the way. The Ravioli Ricotta Mushroom is made in-house and finished in a truffle sauce. The Paella Valenciana is the real article. The Mezze Platter arrives like an occasion. And the bar, with cocktails like the Murabba Marmalade and the Pineapple Aperol Daiquiri, is the work of people who study drinks the way a kitchen team studies food.
